This uplifting event will be emceed by Dr. Carolyn Dillard Mitchell from the Center for Community Partnerships at UVA and will feature two inspiring guest speakers who bring lived experience, expertise, and heart to the conversation:
- Cyndi Richardson – Certified Peer Recovery Specialist & PATH Liaison
- Melvin Wingate – Region Ten Peer Support Specialist
Together, they will share stories and insights about the power of second chances, the importance of family reunification, and the role of community support in fostering successful reentry and long-term stability.
