This spring, Culpeper County Public Schools is offering local businesses the opportunity to scout future employees at the CTEC Skills Showcase! On March 20, 2025, registered businesses can observe our talented students demonstrating industry-specific skills during two dedicated sessions.

This unique event allows business owners to access CTEC for one hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon to observe their students showcasing the skills they’ve developed aligned with your industry.

👩‍💻Students: This opportunity allows CTEC level two students and a few level one students to attend.

👔Businesses: Both businesses that are currently hiring and businesses that are not hiring at the moment are encouraged to attend.

• For businesses actively hiring, this is a great opportunity to connect directly with upcoming graduates in your field, have one-on-one conversations, and see firsthand the skills being taught in Culpeper trade courses.
• Businesses that aren’t currently hiring are also invited to join for the day. Your presence will allow students to gain valuable experience by practicing their skills under observation, boosting their confidence as they prepare for future opportunities.
