About the Presenter: Rachel Turner is a Recruiting Associate with the University of Virginia’s Executive Search Group, reporting to the Office of the President, supporting upper-level leadership recruitment. She has improved processes by creating a resource guidebook to increase efficiency. Her experience includes recruiting for a nonprofit educational organization, managing projects at an intellectual property company, and training staff on internal software. Throughout her career, Rachel has focused on process improvement and effective time management. She is a double University of Richmond Spider, graduating with her Bachelor of Applied Studies degree in Paralegal Studies, Magna Cum Laude, and in 2024 with her Masters in Human Resource Management, Summa Cum Laude.
